The problem this solves
Most sites end up with security in layers. Cameras from one contractor, access control from another, a fire panel installed by whoever did the MEP package, and a guard sitting in front of three separate screens with no way to connect what one is telling him to what the others are.
When something actually happens, that is the moment the gaps become obvious. Nobody can pull the footage, the door log is on a different system, and the timestamps do not agree.
Why it matters
Security spend is only worth what you can retrieve from it. A camera that records but cannot be searched is an expense, not a control. An access system nobody reconciles against the leavers list is an open door.
It is what turns a set of devices into something that answers questions after an incident.

Security is where standards matter most and get named least. We name ours, and we design retention to your policy rather than to whatever the recorder came with.
What you get at handover
Six documents, handed over as a pack. If your team cannot operate the system from it, we have not finished the job.

FAQ
How many cameras do we need?
That is the wrong first question, and it is the one most integrators answer immediately. The right one is what you need to be able to prove after an incident. Coverage, resolution and retention follow from that, and the camera count falls out at the end.
Can you integrate with the systems we already have?
Sometimes. It depends on the platforms and what they expose. We will tell you honestly where integration is real, where it is a workaround, and where you are better off replacing something than bridging it.
How long should we retain footage?
Long enough to satisfy your policy and any regulator, and no longer, because retention is storage and storage is cost. We will size it to your requirement rather than to a default.
Who trains our security team?
We do, at commissioning, with your operators in the room. Training the people who signed the contract rather than the people on the desk is how systems end up unused.
Do you handle fire alarm as well?
Yes, and more importantly we handle the interface between fire detection and access control, so doors release correctly on alarm. That interface is where these two packages usually fail each other.
Will you publish our camera positions?
No. Nothing we put on this website or in any case study identifies coverage, blind spots or device locations. Aggregate counts only.
