Who we look for

Three roles come up most often, and we recruit for the same qualities in all of them.

Qualities we recruit for

• Technically curious, and comfortable learning a new platform without waiting to be sent on a course
• Precise about the details that matter: labelling, testing, records and tidy work
• Able to explain a technical decision in plain language to a client or a contractor
• Accountable for your own scope, and willing to say early when something is going wrong
• Safety-minded on site, without needing to be reminded
• Comfortable working alongside other contractors who each believe their package comes first
• Methodical under time pressure, because the programme rarely gets longer
• Interested in the standards behind the work, not only in getting the system to light up

Certifications matter to us and we will help you get them. They do not replace judgement on site, and we hire for both.
