What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. There is no account to create on this site and nothing to sign up for.

We do not run advertising, we do not run analytics or tracking scripts, and we set no cookies of our own. The map on our Contact page is served by Google and may set its own.

• Through the contact form. Your name, work email, company, job title, phone number, industry, the nature of your enquiry and whatever you write in the message field.
• Through the careers form. Your name, email, phone number, the role you are interested in and what you tell us about your work.
• Through the newsletter sign-up. Your email address, and nothing else.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Why we collect it, and how long we keep it

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or site survey, and to consider an application. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for marketing you have not asked for.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we keep your address only to send you that newsletter. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes your address. We do not add anyone to the list who has not asked to be on it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they remain commercially relevant and then deleted. Applications are kept for one year in case a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Who else handles it

Three services touch information from this site, and only for the purpose described.

This site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you contact us on WhatsApp using the button on this site, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms rather than this policy.

• Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website.
• Web3Forms passes form submissions from this website into our email.
• Microsoft 365 hosts our company email, which is where your message arrives.
• Google Maps serves the map on our Contact page, and receives your IP address when that page loads.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@corelinknet.com and we will confirm within a reasonable period. You do not need a particular form of words and we will not ask you why.

If this policy changes we update this page and change the date below. Last updated September 2026.
