The challenge

The resort never closedWork ran wing by wing around paying guests. Rooms came out of service in blocks agreed months in advance.

Guest Wi-Fi was judged by the worst roomCoverage complaints all came from the same corner suites. Average coverage figures were meaningless.

Guest and property traffic shared everythingPayment, property management, access control and guest devices ran across the same paths. Separating that later would have cost several times more.

The outcome

Guest connectivity complaints fell to near zero in the season after handover, and the property runs guest and operational traffic on genuinely separate paths rather than on a shared network with rules applied on top.
