Hospitality
Infrastructure for buildings that never have a quiet week
Networks, security and power for hotels and resorts, delivered around occupied floors, seasonal peaks and a guest who notices the moment something stops working
What this sector demands
The building never closes
There is no shutdown week. Work happens floor by floor, wing by wing, around guests who paid to be there and will say so publicly if the experience suffers.
Guest Wi-Fi is judged, not measured
A guest does not read a coverage report. They stream something in a corner room at eleven at night and form an opinion of the whole property. Density and coverage have to be designed for the worst room, not the average.
Two networks, one building
Guest traffic, property systems, payment, access control, back of house and building services all share the same walls and must not share the same paths. Getting that separation right at cabling stage is far cheaper than retrofitting it.
What we do here
Why CoreLink here
- We phase work around occupancy and revenue, floor by floor, and we say up front which rooms come out of service and for how long
- We design wireless coverage for the difficult rooms, because those are the ones that end up in the review
- We separate guest and property networks properly at cabling stage rather than patching it later
- We plan around seasonal peaks, so nothing invasive lands in your strongest month
- The operator inherits documentation their engineering team can work from on day one
Standards and suppliers
We name the standard we build to, in writing. These are the ones this sector asks about most.

Tell us the occupancy calendar
We will phase the work around your strongest months rather than through them, and show you the sequence before anyone mobilises
