The challenge

Every branch was a one-offThirty Seven sites fitted out by different contractors over fifteen years. The bank could not tell you what was behind the wall in any of them.

No branch could closeWork ran overnight and at weekends, and every branch had to open the next morning whatever state we were in.

The auditor wanted evidence, not assuranceTest certificates, as-builts and a labelling scheme, per branch, in a form that could be produced on request.

The outcome
